3. How the Application Works
PlayPing is a network testing and simulation tool.
Its core features are designed to simulate certain network conditions for testing and development purposes.
- Local Processing: Core simulation behavior is intended to operate primarily on your device.
- No Traffic Content Collection by Us: We do not intentionally collect, read, or store the content of your personal communications, such as messages, passwords, or browsing content, through normal use of the Application.
- Testing Purpose Only: The Application is intended as a utility for testing and development scenarios, not as a service for anonymous browsing or bypassing geographic restrictions.
4. How We Use Information
We may use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Application and its features.
- To diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.

- Local app data: information stored locally on your device may be removed when you uninstall the Application or clear its data, subject to how your device or operating system works.
